Of My Weekend

Hmmm...I love the weekend. Here's a little review of Friday through Sunday. Early interval training on the track with Renee. Bluegrass hymns at Darin's. Sock puppets and playing on swings with Maranatha and Monica. Caramel apples with Melanie and Serena. Gospel sing-a-long with Scott and company. Spanish with Chris. Listening to Onasheho talk about her home in Nigeria. BCU/SMC church service from 11:30-2pm. Mini guitar lesson from Ryan after lunch. Slacklining with Matt. Football with the cool kids at the park. International food fest at mansion on the mountain with at least 50 other cool people. Ping-pong with Scott. Storytime with Katie and Renee (Aaron is a genius). Driving my truck with Maranatha and Matt after Maranatha called shotgun. Stepford Wives with Rica, Maranatha, and Matt. Brunch at Sarah's with Matt. Four mile run with Maranatha (I like the creek-crossing). Discussion of art (and related themes) with Marjorie (parental guidance advised). Taco Bell with Katie Bettina. Now it's time to check on the granola, turn off the oven, and make for bed. Haazah for lots of people and lots of fun. Muuahh!

I hope it's not sacreligious, but...Praise be to the Lord - WE HAVE INTERNET. (Yes, I know it's October, that's the point.) Good things come to those who wait - cheap internet. Maybe I need to expand my wish list.
